Buddy Blank, a worker at Pseudo-People, Inc., is chosen for Project OMAC and linked to the satellite Brother Eye, transforming him into the powerful One-Man-Army-Corps. Discovering his company creates explosive artificial humans, including his friend Lila, Buddy is horrified. When threatened, Brother Eye activates, turning him into OMAC. He destroys Section D and its deadly creations, rejecting the mockery of life they represent.
